Conclusion

In conclusion, the project development is being started with planning phrase. As the researches and study on content management system (CMS) was completed, a proposal and a preliminary study have been made and send to the HKUYA Ladies Club in charge.

During the study on content management system and realize the real problems that the association faced, we have identified a list of requirements and feature descriptions for reference. At the same time, we made a research of CMS in the market. We used two days to install, analyze and field test the system in order to ensure our system meet the market standard. Further on, we invited our project supervisor and ask for the suggestions to make sure all requirements is suitable for the association. However, some of the requirements are still waiting to be confirmed. Thus, the requirements might be revised according to the actual circumstance.

Last but not least, we have made a gantt chart for both client and our project team to reference. The database is currently being designed and it will be finished by the end of October. Then the HTML and CSS coding will be started when the database design phrase completed. After all of the prototype and foreground code finished, we will submit an “Intermediate Report” for stating the working progress in the coming week on schedule.
